My food for today - 3/7/2007

Breakfast:
1 Banana - 110 calories - 10am
1 Apple turnover light yogart - 100 Calories - 9am
Handful of Peanuts - 160 Calories - 11:40am
Panda Express 2 item combo with Kung Pao Chicken(280), Beef and Broccoli(250), chow mein(320), and rice(280) - 1130 Calories - 1:30pm
1 large Coke - 290 Calories
3 Chips dipped in guacamole - 50 Calories - 6:30pm
1 1/2 glass of white wine - 130 Calories - 7-7:30pm
Palm size of Salmon - 280 Calories - coming soon
1 cup of broccoli (steamed) - 45 Calories - coming soon

total calories for today: 2295

Holy Crap - this is ridiculous - today was worse than normal! Work was hard today - I had a new coworker start and I had a Temp totally screw me over. I got him his dream job and he turned it down right before lunch. I was pissed but I sure felt better after lunch - wonder why???

I am only supposed to have 1400 Calories a day and I almost doubled it - ouch! I need to find a place that serves soup for lunch - it is way too easy to get fast food right now. Breakfast and dinner are ok for me it is just the lunch thing.
